Raúl Mondragón Segura

Raúl Mondragón Segura is a specialist in agroecology, food sovereignty, and project management. His work focuses on transforming food systems through agroecology and innovation, strengthening the capacities of rural and urban communities.

He is part of the coordination team at Cocina Colaboratorio Xochimilco, where he has worked on projects promoting agroecological transition in the chinampa region. He is also the co-founder of Colectivo Ahuejote, an NGO and e-commerce platform for agroecological food in Mexico City.

His experience in research, consulting, and education has enabled him to collaborate with local and international organizations, such as Slow Food, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Oro Verde Foundation, and UNAM.
