Josefina Hernández López

Josefina Hernández López is a farmer from Santo Domingo Tomaltepec. Since April 2020, she has been an active participant in the Cocina Colaboratorio project, where her interest in healthier and more sustainable food led her to explore new cultivation methods. Josefina trained in innovative techniques that promote soil health and biodiversity, which has had a visible impact on her crops. Today, she is one of the leading voices in the Agricultoras Selectas group, and her family garden reflects her commitment to sustainable agriculture. Her work not only benefits her family but also inspires other women to get involved in caring for their own well-being and that of their communities.
