Lucero Cruz García

Lucero Cruz García is a mother deeply committed to the well-being of her family, especially the health and nutrition of her children. Motivated by the desire to provide them with fresh, nutritious, and chemical-free food, she joined the Las Caracolas agroecology group in 2023. Her interest in learning more sustainable and healthier farming techniques arose from her conviction that good nutrition is key to the development and well-being of her children.

In 2024, Lucero started her own family garden, a space where she puts into practice what she learned with the agroecology group, growing vegetables and other products using environmentally friendly methods. Through her garden, she not only seeks to improve her family’s quality of life but also aims to instill in her children the values of self-sufficiency and respect for nature.
