Local Coordinator - Oaxaca
Graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the Universidad Regional del Sureste (URSE). Native of the Zapotec community of Santo Domingo Tomaltepec, Oaxaca. Currently, she is the local coordinator within the Cocina Colaboratorio project in Santo Domingo Tomaltepec, as part of the Oaxaca site. Her focus has been on improving the community’s diet to make it more diverse, ensuring that residents receive a significant contribution of nutrients in their diet, and revaluing the consumption of traditional dishes.
